Where in the database, besides the subject column in the ost_ticket__cdata table, would I find the subject of a ticket?
The ost_form_entry_values table houses the real Issue Summary. The ost_ticket__cdata table just indexes the data for faster searching, etc. The ost_ticket__cdata table gets dropped, recreated, and repopulated with data as Forms, Fields, etc. change so don't always rely on this table as it might not exist sometimes.
I clicked all the motorcycles, and failed. Those other ones were scooters!
