I've seen this posted a few times, but I haven't found a resolution that seems to fit. Not sure if I'm missing something or what. I actually have the S3 plugin enabled and setup so attachments should go to our S3 Bucket. But anytime I try to upload a file, I'm getting the dreaded Undefined 500 error.
I removed all file restrictions and have the size maxed on both the System settings for attachments and the Ticket Attachments configuration.
I've tried changing the setting to have the attachments stored in the database, and still get the error.
I've pulled up Inspection in Chrome and watched as the error occurs and I get the red X next to the line in the attachment.
