Outgoing Mail Oauth2 - error 500

Configuring Oauth2 plugin. Updated install of 1.17 and new install of Oauth plugin. I think I've gotten incoming connected and confirmed working successfully. When I try setting up outgoing server to correct settings, I'm getting an error 500. Windows install. Apache log shows the following:

You need to upgrade to v1.17.3, install the latest build of the OAuth2 plugin, and retest.

Somewhere you have erroneous records in the database. Post a screenshot of your ost_email_account records from the database.

No, only clear out the auth_id for the second record. You have no auth but the auth_id is still set so it’s looking for that auth info when it shouldn’t be.

Actually, looking at this you are using O365 so you will definitely need auth. So clear out the auth_id for the second record, set SMTP authentication to Same As Remote Mailbox, and Save Changes.

Nulled out the "5" in the auth_id for second record. Went back into Email Settings in OSTicket. Changed to "Same as remote mailbox". Hit save. Got the following Error 500.

That's generic, you need to review your error logs for a more detailed error.

Should I delete mail settings completely and re-add, as I've seen recommended in other posts?

Added the link in the link provided. Got an SMTPAuthenticationDisabled warning (helpful). Went to the following link for instructions on how to enable it in 365 and now I am able to successfully send a test email to myself. Curious why this line of code isn't baked in or somewhere more accessible in the Oauth2 MS365 docs on the site.
