i need to change this background

please share what are the changes i do in .css file.

Normally you can upload/change it in Admin Panel > Settings > Company > Login Backdrop.
That how it is with my version.

that option for background is not working from admin panel

    Then you either didn't set it correctly or you need to clear your browser cache and cookies.
