HI, below are my osticket information
I have one issue where I have create a new ticket without key in the issue details. I click 'Open' and system prompt "Issue detail is required field". Then, I fill in the issue detail and click 'Open' again but the system went auto blank many of the field and required me to key again. Can please help to justify?
