Hi All, I hope you are doing well.
My osTicket is from April 2022 - 1.15.7. My LightSpeed server has PHP Version 7.4.33.
I cannot migrate to the latest because I need at least PHP 8.
I understand I need to go for 1.16.
In the documentation you use different designation for versions like 1.6 or 1.7 which is a bit confusing.
Or is it something else?
In the upgrade document word "migration" is used several times but I think you mean "upgrade" as I understand there is no script that does the migration but the upgrade.
Best regards

P.S. Not sure why but Recaptcha does not show in Firefox.

v1.16.6 is the latest maintenance release of the 1.16.x series. 1.16.x only supports PHP 8.0 and PHP 8.1 at this time. We are adding PHP 8.2 support in the near future.

With this being said, 1.16.x (first released in 2022) is greater/newer than 1.6.x (first released somewhere between 2006-2009). So if you are using 1.15.x you can simply follow the normal Upgrade instructions to upgrade to v1.16.6.

    Cheers.
