I have recently setup my own self-hosted osTicket server. I notice that whenever I try to create tickets a contact is required. Is it possible to create tickets without requiring an external contact? This would be for tickets I am using just to track internal projects or tasks that do not require direct correspondence with any individuals. Is this a change that can me made without editing the source code?
