Hello,
i have recently updated to 1.17.3 and i noticed some different behavior regarding spam tickets rejection.
I am using fetching from some email accounts and i have created a filter so every email that is being fetched and has [SPAM] - this one is flagged by the mailserver on the subject, no ticket will be created.
ON my previous version (1.15) it only appeared as "Ticket denied"on the logs.
After the upgrade it creates two log entries. One "Ticket denied" and one API Error entry.

Is that normal behavior?
