is it possible to do following thing?
E.g.
-I have department 1/2/3
-If user(group)1 logins he only sees the ticket forms/help topics for that go to department 1
-If user(group)2 logins he only sees the ticket forms/help topics for that go to department 2
-And so on...
I don't see any functions on the user side that would do this. Am I missing something or is this just how it is?
I have different Business Units their tickets should go to certain agents. I don't want the users being overwhelmed with too many help topics.
My plan B would be to use a whole other instance of osTicket on a different url.
