Problem with HTML - OsTicket

Hi.
I am trying to enter an html code inside the templates. But when saving the code, it "orders" it, so it gets messy and generates inconsistencies in the code.

So, when I send a diagnostic test it comes out like this.

When the template should look like this when the code is sorted.

Please, if someone knows how to enter an HTML code and make it orderly.

We do some HTML balancing + sanitization so some things will be stripped, reformatted, etc.

You can modify the code but you'll likely open yourself up to many security vulnerabilities.

We do not have any guides or resources on modifying the code. It's open source and available to the public on Github. You are on your own with any modifcations.
