How to change font for Ticket E-Mail Reply?

Hello,

How to change the font of replies by e-mail?

I have as described in this discussion (https://forum.osticket.com/d/96447-resolved-how-to-set-default-font-and-size-for-ticket-post-reply/6). changed my reply Templates to:

%{response}

But when I send the reply, the email looks like this:

"response"

why is this so?
the rest of the text in the email has the right font, only the variables have the default font.

Sorry first of all for the late reply. When someone replies to a ticket, there is no font set. I want Calibri as the font for the entire email. It also works for the complete email only for the text in the reply not. How can I set Calibri as default font for replies? Thanks a lot

Last I checked the editor in osTicket is Redactor.
You would located the cfg file for it, and set the font to be used.

I think that it might be:
/css/redactor.css
