Can not login to admin panel of osticket in order to check email configurations.
Can not receive any email from osTicket and even can not get confirmation email after changing password from portal.
nobody can login to the website after registration because it won't send any email till user confirm it.
how can manually change the password in order to not sending confirmation email?
what reasons cause osTicket can not send any email.
from DB there is a error that indicate that:
log: Unable to email via SMTP:smtp.gmail.com:587 [Xxxxx.org] Failed to set sender: Xxxxx.org [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 530, response: 5.7.0 Authentication Required.
also:
*smtp.google.com 25 ---> network is unreachable
*smtp.google.com 465 --> connection succeeded
*In gmail configuration there was no restriction on ports.
*In linux side there was no restriction or firewall on ports.
*class.mail.php already configured.
*After create ticket or registration data recorded in DB but not send email.
*It seems before It works and currently there is issue in sending mail and admin portal.
