Hello everyone, I am facing an issue here that I can't seem to solve. Every time a new ticket is created, the creator does not receive a conformation e-mail, with their ticket number in it. I have looked on my dashboard, however my dashboard tells me that is is a 'mailer error' and 'unknown error' can someone help me out?
