Hi all,
I know this is not on OSTicket end, but I had to do a disaster recovery onto a new server (new hostname). I was able to configure Apach24, PHP8 and import my database for OSTicket, but I am only able to access my helpdesk from the host name or IP. I am attempting to adjust it back to http://helpdesk.domainname.com but keeps getting sight not reachable. Would appreciate any assistance. Everything else seems to work but this, but I did import everything the same as the last one, including enabling url rewriting, but if I change the url in SQL or within the heldesk admin panel it fails.
This was set up before my time and I am not familiar with apache.
