Hola tengo una duda si a un usuario lo agrego a una organización , y ese usuario hace un ticket solo les va a llegar la alerta a los agentes que están en la organización o a todos los agentes ?

Tenemos 4 agentes 2 agentes se quieren dedicar a unos usuarios y los otros dos a otros para que nadamas podamos ver los tickets de los usuarios que nos tocan

No se si me explico

    Agents' Ticket access is based on Department Access and direct/Team Assignments. You can create a specific Department for one set of customers and another for the others and limit the Agent's Department Access to just that Department. You can then create a filter where if the Org is a certain Org then assign it to the relevant Department.

    entonces no es nada de configuración de organizaciones sino del departamento de los agentes?

    If you ONLY want the Agents to see Tickets from specific Users then you must limit the Agents' access to a specific Department and only have that Org's Tickets be assigned to that Department.
