Hi all,
For some weeks now osTicket has stopped sending emails for new tickets creation and internal agent alerts, I would like to request your advice of what I could check, since I have done the Dianostic test and is showing the test is successfull , still i am not receiving emails.
This is my configuration:
osTicket Version v1.14.3 (f4f5bc6)
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.54 (Debian)
MySQL Version 10.5.18
PHP Version 7.4.30
The Outgoing email settings has been configured as "None: Use PHP mail Function" and was working before.
I really appreciate your help, I guess I need to check on the PHP side , but I mot sure where to look to troubleshoot.
