We are on v1.17.2. One of my agents wishes to use their custom signature when responding to tickets.
I have tested this myself -- when you select "My Signature" in the Post Reply form, the signature appears, but doesn't make it through into the email. We are using oauth2 through Azure.
We have customized our template set, and the Response/Reply Template won't accept the %{signature} variable when I insert it. Any ideas? Do you I need to define that variable somewhere in the backend?
