Ticket Subject Lost

My osticket (v 1.17.2) does not show the ticket subject under dashboard after opening or interacting with the case.
The ticket has the subject on creation (fecth email) but lost it...

Any ideia or workarround, since my user are crazy about it?

Maybe you don’t have the ticket__cdata table? Check the database for this table.

No, i do have it .
ost_ticket__cdata

on it i can see lot of records without subject.

Okay you need to drop that table and run cron manually a bunch of times (until data stops populating in the cdata table). This will regenerate and repopulate the table with the appropriate data.

Yes, if you are fetching then you should already have a cron job created. You just need to manually run the cron many times after dropping the table. If you don’t have a cron job setup then you just need to ssh to the server, cd to the osticket directory, and run php api/cron.PHP. Of course you must make sure php resolves to the correct PHP version.

i 've procedeed as you suggested. but the issue persists.
After running the cron for a few times , only a couples of tens of records where created with subject fill.

But as soon i accces a ticket , the subject disappears when i return to the open tickets view and the table reports the same on the ticket in question
