Sounds like you or one of you Admins messed up the templates or the Helpdesk URL. No worries though as it’s an easy fix. First make sure the Helpdesk URL is correct under Admin Panel > Settings > System. Then check your templates under Admin Panel > Settings > Users > Templates. From here you can click the Password Reset Email/Account Confirmation Email templates. Once the template is loaded click the link, click Edit, and make sure the URL and Text for both are just strictly %{link}
