I've received a few reports of users going to submit a ticket, but when hitting the submit button they receive a normal validation error as if they forgot to complete a field: "Unable to create a ticket. Correct any errors below and try again."

All of the fields clear of contents and if they submit again, it works. I just noticed it personally today. It seems like when this happens, it occurs very quickly and the normal progress popup on submission doesn't appear. Nothing is showing up in the logs and it seems like it's happening client-side.
