Hi,

after I upgrade to version v1.17, user receive from time to time the following error when trying to open a new ticket.

I saw this problem in version 1.9 before, but not in 1.17

user reported that no ticket will create and all filled information are lost

I can confirm the same issue. I've also tried on fresh install - same error.
It only happens on user account, as Agent drafts are saved correctly.
My environment:

    I have same issue.
    I can simulate this issue by cookies deletion, close and open browser again.
    It seems that user is logged but not (we use SSO by apache and GSSAPI).
    I doesn't found solution yet.

    I have already installed last version 1.17.2 and I applied the patch.
    Autosave in composer editor was repaired.

    But sometimes I have trouble with lost of data in filled request form after submitting. I think that this trouble is caused by session issue.
    If I understand this patch right it can repair session issue.

    The bug there was also before this patch and I thought that the patch also repair this issue with data lost in filled form. I think that is much better but sometimes when I submitting form I lost filled data.

    Is there another tip to solve this trouble?

    Process simulating issue - before process delete cookies:
    1) partially fill form - leave blank at least one required field
    2) wait composer editor do autosave
    3) submit form
    4) fill required field
    5) submit form
    Form fields are empty and request is not saved.

    Same process but all required fields are filled there is no issue.
