When they send me an email and it automatically goes to OSTICKET, the email from my inbox ends up disappearing, is it possible not to do that? How do I retrieve emails?
In your Admin Panel, Emails, select your email. In the Remote Mailbox tab, check the last setting at the bottom. What is it configured to do after fetching?

Go to Admin panel -> Emails -> click on the email that you are checking Click on the Remote Mailbox tab Under Email Fetching What do you have Fetched Emails
