the problem happens when a user answers a ticket in any state.
The user opens a new ticket and the ticket is imported successfully, the assigned department answers the ticket to the user and if the user returns a response it appears blank.


But if I check the mailbox where the tickets are sent, I see that the mail was received correctly with data but it seems that the import between Exchange and Osticket is not being carried out correctly.
