Hello,
I have set up an email address (HelpDesk) for use with IMAP on my Exchange 2019, IMAP for exchange is enabled and configured properly according to Microsoft. I set up the new email in osTicket and configured both IMAP and SMTP. The both saved without error. As soon as I saved, it created the ToTicketing folder inside of the mailbox to move files to after fetching. I have had no emails fetched so far. Wondering what I am doing wrong.
