Hi There

I'm new to OSTicket and CentOS. We've installed and configured the OSTicket on a CentOS server and installed the OAuth Plugin, but when selecting the config button in the Emails -> Remote Mailbox settings while on any OAuth2 Authentication there is just an empty dialog box that pops up. Any Ideas what could be the issue, appreciate any comments.

PHP 8.2 is not supported yet. Downgrade to 8.1 or 8.0 and retest. If you still get errors you’ll need to look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

    KevinTheJedi , Hi, so downgraded to PHP 8.1 but at the end of the day the only way I could get the configuration screen to show was to delete the default email address and create it again. Now I can access the OAuth2 Config screen to try and get it up and running. Thanks for the input.
