I am using the using version 1.17.2, mySQL 8.0.31 and PHP 8.1.2-1ubuntu2.6.
When a user opens a new ticket, ticket creation fails. The message that takes a second appears, then both the summary and ticket details are wiped and the following message appears.
Unable to create a ticket. Correct any errors below and try again.
After filling the summary and details fields again, a ticket will be created. There are no messages in the debug log, nor anything apparently relevant in the Apache2 logs, as far as I can tell.
