I am recently starting with the osTicket 1.17.2 system, I have been testing it and it has worked relatively well for me, although I have found some problem in general I am liking it a lot.
But after doing the various tests, I decided to clean everything that I had posted following this forum (https://forum.osticket.com/d/94153-clearing-entire-mysql-database-to-start-fresh).
After doing that, apparently everything works, but my ticket activity has stopped working, as NaN appears and nothing is shown.

I have looked at this other forum (https://forum.osticket.com/d/100369-agent-panel-dashboard-is-show-nan-on-y-axis-on-the-graph), where I have made the indicated query but I have obtained NULL.

What can I do to fix this MIO error?
