We tried printing a ticket the other day and was presented with a blank page.
As we were on v1.15.1, we upgraded to the latest version being v1.17.2 and we still have the same problem.
Here our details:

There is nothing in the PHP log or the OS Ticket logs, so any assistance to help locate the issue is appreciated.

    There should definitely be errors logged somewhere (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.).

    I would bet it's system temp dir permission issues; windows servers are notorious for issues with the system temp dir and PHP.
