I have a few ostickets set up. Each one is pulling from different email accounts so there's no overlap. One has a few emails that aren't being pulled into osticket. That email account has two email bouncebacks from a couple months ago. The other emails are more recent. One of those more recent emails is only carbon copied to the email that osticket uses on that one. I've refreshed the access token. That's green. Other emails in the account that were there when the access token didn't refresh did eventually get pulled. It's just a few still in there. Any ideas on why those won't be pulled? Interesting.... The other one, unpulled, that I'm looking at has an osticket reply at the bottom. So it was already in osticket and was replied back to. Then the user replied to that. I wonder if the user or their email client cut that email. It does look like these unpulled emails aren't quite standard.
