We upgraded from 1.14.1 to the latest 1.17.2
The search in the agent panel (not the advance but the "normal" search) used to search the ticket number field as well as the subject field. So if we were searching for let say 2616, it would return the ticket that has ticket number 2616 as well as tickets that have 2616 within the subject.
That does not seem to work anymore. In 1.17.2 it seems to search only the ticket number and does not pull out tickets that have 2616 in the subject (like " issue with my node 2616 at Carroll" as subject).
Is there a way to specify what field is used by the search? (without having to go to the "advanced" search).
