I have difficulties to setup fetching incoming mail from a POP3 mailbox. I validated the credentials and everything is in order but OSticket does not accept the credentials. Details below:

You need to upgrade to v1.17.2 and retest. Other than that you’ll need to reach out to your mail provider as the error states the login info is incorrect.

Tested the login credentials and connectivity and works fine from 3 different locations and applications.
MS started forcing Modern Authentication back in October 2022; you cannot use Basic Authentication anymore. Upgrade to v1.17.2, install and enable the OAuth2 plugin, and follow this guide:
