Does this affect osticket?

I got osticket set up in the fall. I was following directions for how to set it up and how to set up the azure app. I believe the azure app uses graph. I don't completely understand everything with how it's set up though. Is this MS graph For Azure AD that's being retired in March the same graph used in an Azure app for osticket for modern auth? And if so is there a solution? My osticket is still on the first modern auth v1.17 from the fall.

No, we do not use the MSOnline Powershell, nor the Azure AD Powershell, nor the Azure AD Graph API. We use the Graph API.

Thanks. I just recognized graph and Azure AD. I had to make an Azure app that uses graph (from Microsoft I guess).

Just in general or offhand, what's the difference between Graph API that osticket uses compared to Azure AD Graph API? Both are still Microsoft?

Both MS products; two entirely different APIs.
