Hi, everyone! I hope you're having a great day so far. I recently upgraded to v1.17.2 (downgraded to PHP 7.4 due to Invalid CSRF Token errors when attempting to log in or create tickets from front-end form). Ticket creation is not working from the front end and via e-mail, however, I am unable to create tickets internally - when I click on the Create Ticket link, the 'loading' modal acts normally for a second or two then turns blank. Pressing ESC removes it and allows access to the New Ticket form, however, the Ticket Details sections are missing and without them being visible, I can't enter data into required fields and thus can't created a new ticket. All ticket creation fields are set to Required (for both users and agents/internally and externally) in Admin > Manage > Forms. I'm struggling to find a forum post with this exact question - apologies if the issue is already resolved! Any help you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
