Since upgrading, I've been receiving this email with any kind of activity.
After googling some questions and answers, I discovered that it appears to be an IIS permission issue. I don't believe it is relevant to me because we use Apache on cPanel.
If it is a permissions issue, could someone please tell me what permissions should be used?
Otherwise, any assistance with this will be greatly appreciated.
On a side note, we're also experiencing these minor bugs.
Setup - we delete the directory, but it continues to generate the folder and content. I tried changing the permissions to 777 and restarting the process, but the problem persisted.
Also, not sure if this is related to the above but we have had this annoying issue since the upgrade. Once a ticket is submitted, it usually does not go through the first time. We get an error message that says "Unable to create a ticket. Correct any errors below and try again."
All data entered is erased, and we must create a new ticket from the ground up, entering all of the information again. Typically, the ticket is created on the second attempt. Are there any hints?
