Hi,
I am following the guide here - https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/OAuth2/Microsoft%20Authorization%20Guide.html
However, I failed to read it properly. Specifically, where it says "it is very important to login to the email you are trying to configure in the helpdesk"! I was logged into my user account, not my support mailbox.
How do I reset the configuration so that I can follow the guide properly?

Add a random scope like https://outlook.office.com/Imap.AccessAsUser.All to the Scopes and click Submit. This invalidates the current config and forces a re-authorization.
