We face some really strange problem in the newest osTicket Version.
If we send an Mail to the Ticketsystem Mailbox with collaborators inside, the Ticket is created correct with all collaborators attached. But if we move an existing Mail from an other Mailbox (e.g. support@company.com), all collaborators are deleted in the created Ticket and the collaborator not got an message about the new created Ticket.
Anyone have the same Issue or an Idea how to fix it?
The problem is new, it worked before in older Versions.
