You need to find the error. In your screenshot the error is blank.

Did you use the Microsoft Web PI to install the version of PHP? https://www.microsoft.com/web/Downloads/platform.aspx And then use PHP manager to set it to the active version of PHP?
Manged to Install. With updating web.config file. Thanks for the support.
