Problema :Tengo que actualizar el panel para que se genere un ticket

Para que un usuario genere un ticket mandan un correo y este lo genera automatico, el problema es que a veces queda en la bandeja de entrada hasta 1 hora, no se genera el ticket hasat que cargo de nuevo el panel.

ya esta corriendo cron job y aun asi el problema persiste

Can you set your Default Log Level to DEBUG in osTicket system settings, run cron, and check your osTicket system logs to see if you see a new entry for Cron Executed? If you see this then that means it's working. You can also try to run it manually to see if it outputs any errors, etc.

You also need to upgrade to v1.17.2 and install the latest builds of any plugins you have currently installed.
