hi i am uograding to latest version but getting some error

What version are you attempting to upgrade to? You should be using v1.17.2.

currently using osTicket Core, v1.16.5 we want to upgrade to osTicket Core, v1.17.2

Seems like you are missing the plugin table. You should have this created in your 1.16.x database. If not then that’s a problem. You can look at the install scripts, copy the create SQL statement for the table, and then login to the database to create it.

plugins table is already exisit in databae i checked that

there is no any method to repair database tables or files

You have a column named notes that should not exist in the plugin table yet but does somehow. Restore from backup and delete this column before upgrading.
