with the latest osTicket release and OAuth2 plugin installed, I've successfully set up the mail fetch feature againsts our Microsoft 365 mailbox.
Now, I'm interested in evaluating to move our osTicket agents accounts to their Microsoft 365 ones. Two questions:
- it there a way to map old users to new ones for tickets linking history?
- do I need to set up a new OAuth2 instance for SSO or can I reuse the mail fetch one?
