Thank you as well for the update with OAUTH2. As soon as we got the stable release of 1.17, we updated immediately.

We're using Microsoft 365, by the way.
Since 1.17, we have noticed that some emails are randomly not being fetched. This was prevalent on 1.17, but improved on 1.17.2. Upon checking this morning, there are still emails not being fetched from yesterday, between 4PM-7PM.
There are tickets that our agents are actively answering, then all of a sudden, an email will not be appended to a thread.
I have noticed that this only happens to replies (not new emails), but some replies get fetched with no issues. Any thoughts, please?
