I just configure the Auth for microsofr 365.
Everithing was configured as manual says,
I configure an account called servicedesk@, when I loging the Oauth they request Admin permitions and the connection Works.
But when I active Email Fetching osticket download the admin@ emails and create tickets from that inbox instead of servicedesk@.
I create the azure Access from servicedesk@. Also de admin email from Microsoft 365 is the same from osticket, so I do not know what is happening.
