OAuth2 Redirect URI not working

OS Ticket Version 1.17.2
PHP 8.0
IIS v-10
MYSQL 8

We have followed the instruction for configuring Microsoft OAuth2 - https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/OAuth2/Microsoft%20Authorization%20Guide.html.

After consent is granted it looks like IIS is not able to find the location of the Redirect URI. we are not sure what is missing in the setup.

Sounds like URL Rewriting is not enabled on your webserver.

We're using IIS10 and we've enabled URL rewriting but it is not working.
Please guide us on how to set up URL rewriting for our scenario.

There are many guides online that explain how to install and enable URL Rewriting for IIS. All I had to do was install and enable it.

https://helpdesk/ cannot be a valid URL for Internet use, I suppose that domain part is missing.

We've enabled URL rewriting & configured successfully. After that when trying to update remote mailbox or outgoing (SMTP) then we are getting infinite loading screen.

Is your mail actually in a sub folder called inbox?

A whit screen like that is usually indicative of a PHP error. Please check your PHP error log and post the errors here.

This means that the script timed out while executing.
What do you have for hardware on the server? (processors, ram, storage)
Your database from the screen shot is pretty small (56.28 MB) so I dont think that its database size.

You might be able to change your php.ini see the max_execution_time directive and set this to a higher number.
Remember to restart your webserver service after you make the change.
