Moved osticket to a new host, can't send mail now

Hi everyone, my osticket was problem free until I relocated it to a new host recently. After many weeks I realized it was not delivering mail anymore, but receiving is ok. I've used oAuth2 to authenticate 2 separate gmail accounts and 1 Office 365 account. I can confirm diagnostic tests all pass and so this is where is gets tricky for me. IMAP is working, but SMTP is not even though in testing I see sent successfully message. When I check the error log I see many bootstrap errors.

I then find a blank line on bootstrap.php on line 317. I'd appreciate some guidance if it's possible. My system is offline due to this and it seems like I am missing something simple perhaps?

The error you posted is from December so I doubt it will be relevant here. Do you see any recent errors?

What is the Authentication setting you are using for SMTP? Have you tried to Save Changes on the email to see if both IMAP/POP3 and SMTP authenticates successfully? Have you checked your Admin Panel > Dashboard > System Logs for any Mailer Errors?

Also, what version of osTicket are you running? When creating a post it’s always helpful to provide a screenshot of your Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information page.

Hello and thank you for you reply. Please find the Dashboard screenshot and also the mail settings. I've used one account as an example. However all 3 accounts behave the same, 2 x Gmail and 1 x Office 365. I can receive mail using IMAP from all accounts using oAUTH2. Same for Outgoing mail server, I used oAuth2 and tests successfully, but no delivery of the mail occurs from any account to any destination.

I have reauthenticated several times over for both IMAP and SMTP with success messages. No mail errors in log and still no delivery.

The most recent log is 18 Jan - PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "Mailer" not found in. But I have been testing vigorously for days, so if were related errors I guess I'd be seeing heaps error here for today, but nothing since 18th.

Can you login as those emails and check the Sent folder to see if emails are actually being sent by osTicket?

I have now checked and can confirm there is no osticket sent mail in the corresponding accounts, not since I moved to the new web server back in Nov/Dec 2022. Before that this are many.

So it looks like osticket is not sending them?

It appears SMTP is failing. Did you ever check your system logs?

Sorry for slow reply, nothing in system logs. I ended up rebuilding, starting entirely from scratch. It is sending and receiving now, which I can't explain why did not before. I can only suggest when it was moved from one host to another something went wrong... I wish I had more time and energy to investigate further, but I was desperate and rebuilding was in hindsight the quickest option.
