since the update from 1.16.3 patch 2 to 1.17.2 and update to PHP 8.0.27, the answermails to the customer (initiated by opening/writing/closing a ticket) come from the sender
"=?utf-8?Q?support@"
instead of
"support@domain.de".
The Mailsettings and sendername in osticket are correct!
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
We send via SMTP unchanged via United domains (SMTP)
The e-mail is also received in this way when it is sent via the mail test function.
