hello

i am facing a problem where my clients are creating a ticket and filling all the required fields and after they finish and create the ticket a message appears "unable to create ticket" and the page restart by itself and the clients start filling everything from scratch.

FYI i am using osticket version 1.17, php version 8.0.27

      If you use git then you can git apply otherwise you must manually make the changes.
