Hi I'm trying to configure the oauth2 plugin but I'm having this problem as per the screenshot

For SMTP use Same as Remote Mailbox if you already have it setup for the Remote Mailbox tab.
Otherwise you'll have to look for any related errors in your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.).

If this is for an email that already existed before oauth2. you may have to delete and re add. That's what I had to do.

What could it be?

Do you have rewrite enabled for apache?
You will also have to add "AllowOverride All" to the main Apache config
