Hopefully i can get some answer that can clarify our current challenge: In my organization, a team has been working with OSTicket with great success. They love the system and they make improvements everyday so they can have new features to manage our clients. Nevertheless, we have decided that all our clients information, cases and resolutions will be managed from Microsoft Dynamics 365. We need full tracking of our clients and we can't have it divided. A big part of the team that is currently using OSTicket will be migrated to Dynamics but we are thinking that maybe the technical help desk, that brings a more technical support to our clients can still work with OSTicket. To achieve this, we are designing a flux in which we can create cases on both systems. Is that possible? Can we create a case on Dynamics with an "OSTicket label"? Is there any other example of integration that some of you have done?
