osTicket 1.17.2 slow ticket system

I currently have the following configuration:
The problem is that when opening the ticks, loading becomes slow and it does not show the information. Follow the procedure indicated here to deactivate the domain verification, but I have not been successful ( https://forum.osticket.com/d/87708-opening-an-existing-ticket-as-agent-is-slow-10s/11 )

The installation is relatively new, a maximum of 300 tickets created, the issue is that the tickets created before the 12th of this month do load without a problem, but from the 13th to date, the ones that are created are the ones that load slowly and do not are displayed

You will need to look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
