Our OS Ticket just have this warning message which started this year showing the on page.
The warning message below:
Warning: file_get_contents(software-mods): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\osttexas_partsandservice\include\plugins\ReportsMod\includes\functions.php on line 406

And one of the effects is when we try to update tickets, it will have message below:

Unable to lock the ticket.
Someone else could be working on the same ticket.

      I disabled the plug-in and the issue is now gone.
